The 2018/19 Premier League 2 Division 1 season gets underway next week and Derby County’s Under-23s next week will kick proceedings off at Pride Park Stadium next Monday!
Division 2 champions Blackburn Rovers are first up for the Darren Wassall’s and supporters will be able to gain access to the stadium FREE OF CHARGE to come back Rams’ stars of the future.
As was the case last campaign, there will be no reserved seating on the night and supporters are advised to head straight to the lower section of the East Stand upon their arrival at Pride Park. Turnstiles will open from 6pm on the evening.
The club will also open up the West Stand Car Park and parking will be available on a first come, first served basis. Car Park A will also be opened should any more space be required.
The meeting with Rovers is the first of four matches the Under-23s have confirmed at Pride Park Stadium this season.
Wassall’s young side will also face East Midlands rivals Leicester City (Monday 3rd September), French giants Paris St Germain (Friday 28th September) and West Ham United (Monday 15th April) – the Under-23s’ final home game of 2018/19.
