Good - not so good - very good!
Up to and including delivery, service was excellent. All queries answered promptly and clearly. The day after delivery, I took the car to my local garage for them to give the car a once over including a computer diagnosis. The major issue they found was an oil leak coming from the sump plug. How was this not found during the pre delivery and service? I reported this to Cinch and got a quote from my garage to carry out the necessary work. Cinch wanted me to take the car to one of their approved servicers. They booked an appointment for 2 weeks from the day I reported the fault, for their servicers to confirm the fault. Not to fix it there and then, that would be another 2 week wait! Meanwhile the oil was dripping from the engine. I finally got Cinch to agree to my garage to carry out the work. This was completed on 25th March. I forwarded the invoice to Cinch the following day. I finally received reimbursement today 3rd April! I haven't mentioned the fact that no service history or a handbook was included with the car! My main complaint concerns the alleged service and inspection that was carried out prior to delivery. What exactly do Cinch inspect??? UPDATE Since publishing this review I was contacted by Barry from Customer Services.After a long conversation, Barry apologised for the delays etc and agreed compensation and reimbursement for a handbook. This arrived promptly. A first class service, deserving of a 5* review, thank you Barry! The points made in my original review still stands. Servicing procedures need to be more rigorous and responses from customer services should be more prompt.

Positive first time experience of cinch
Easy to find a car I loved by sort and filter. Small issue with finance but it went through after a few days and repeating the application. Car arrived within the delivery time and the handover was straightforward. Car in clean and great condition I'd definitely recommend cinch to friends and family.
